So... after years and years of never doing a single blog, here is my first. Feel special, I'm board.
About 2 years ago I started creating a font. Using Illustrator and eventually moving toward fontographer, I was making a font influenced by graffiti and woodcut type. Well, after years of procrastination I stumbled upon a site called Fontstruct.com http://www.fontstruct.com. I wish I would have found this site earlier. Fonstruct is an online application for making your own type and sharing it with other users. Here is my first completed font:
There is more fonts to come... I recommend fontstruct for any one looking for fresh type or anyone wanting to experiment with type or if you want to just look at some of the amazing things being done with this application.
